The gourmet restaurant, run by chef and owner Philippe Stoque, offers a classic and refined French cuisine, with a Provencal touch and fresh herbs and vegetables from the hotel's vegetable garden. It is a "must" for gourmets visiting the region, with a regularly changing menu offering dishes such as foie gras with green tomato jam with Martinique vanilla and hot brioche, or thyme-crusted lamb medallions with "snake" aubergines and smoked garlic.
