Le restaurant gastronomique, dirigé par le chef Cyprien Hipeau, propose une gastronomie française classique et raffinée, avec une touche provençale et des herbes et légumes frais provenant du généreux potager de l'hôtel.

It is a "must" for gourmets visiting the region, with a regularly changing menu offering dishes such as foie gras with green tomato jam with Martinique vanilla and hot brioche, or thyme-crusted lamb medallions with "snake" aubergines and smoked garlic. Local mushrooms and game are served in season. Vegetarians, vegans, and allergy sufferers are welcome and a three-course gourmet vegetarian menu.

Our terrace is open from 10:00 to 20:00.

The dining room is a bright and elegant space in harmony with the surrounding natural environment and guests can eat on the pretty shaded terrace when the weather permits.

A spectacular wine list highlights the excellent local Moselle wines and the wines of the Provence, but also offers a wonderful and comprehensive selection of classic grands crus.
